VERSATEX STEALTH PRODUCTS
Created by VERSATEX, the Stealth Trim System is designed with the builder in mind. Our system, which features Cornerboards, Skirtboards, and Window Surrounds, will allow for faster and more aesthetically pleasing installations time after time. The 3/4” pockets and now 1” pockets on our 6/4” boards, will accommodate any siding product including fiber cement, cedar, and foam backed vinyl.
The Stealth Skirtboard is the answer to meeting the manufacturer’s 6” ground or deck clearance for fiber cement sidings as well as composite and wood sidings.
VERSATEX Beadboard
No one in the industry gives you more options when it comes to beaded profiles. From our standard, to our T&G sheets, to our Stealth beadboard, VERSATEX gives you design flexibility while saving you time and money during installations.
Our standard profile is a full 5 1/2” wide creating a surface that provides 5% to 7% more coverage than our competitors.
Our Stealth beadboard features an extended leg that allows for easier nailing, thus speeding up the installation process without any unwanted damage.
Beaded sheets are also an excellent way to save time on the project and are very useful in a wainscoting application.
VERSATEX Cornerboards
Our cornerboards are created by folding one piece of VERSATEX. The result is a stronger corner that, unlike the two-piece offerings from our competitors, gives you a sharp 90° angle without an exposed seam that picks up dirt. We are also the only company to offer corners 8” wide for a stately residential or commercial application. Like all our products, corners can be ordered special lengths in unit quantities for optimal yield.
VERSATEX Sheet
Through the use of the most up to date extrusion technology, we are able to control sheet thickness tolerances to half that of the competition. The result is a more consistent sheet providing the fabricator high yields, less scrap and a higher quality finished product.
Like our trimboards, we also offer cut to length sheets in unit quantities.
VERSATEX features the most comprehensive sheet stock available. Ranging from as thin as 1/4” to a full 1 1/4”.
VERSATEX VERSAWRAP
Instead of fitting together four individual pieces of cellular PVC in the field, you can wrap smarter, with VERSAWRAP one-piece column wraps. No more field cutting and struggling to match up the seams.
VERSAWRAP is another innovation from VERSATEX that is designed to save time and money during installation while improving the finished look. The unique design of VERSAWRAP features a product cut with three pre-mitered grooves that fold around the structural wood post and lock together with a friction fit joint. The pre-mitered grooves feaure an inter-locking joint design that assures proper corner alignment and greater surface area for bonding. VERSAWRAP is easy to install – peel protective tape off the corners and walk away.
VERSATEX Trim
Timber Ridge was designed with a more natural surface texture to compliment fiber cement and cedar. Cut with a proprietary system to keep the edges smooth and dimensionally accurate with true 90° angles. Can be ordered cut-to-length in unit quantities saving money by eliminating unnecessary waste.
